  • What is available for free, and what is included with Premium and Pro?

Smart Workout Diary offers free access for trying the AI coach, Premium for ongoing coaching and progress analysis, and Pro for more advanced AI.

    1. Free: use a limited number of AI coaching messages to log workouts and receive guidance by voice or text.
    2. Premium: continue AI coaching by voice and text without the free-message limit and receive personalized recommendations and feedback.
    3. Premium also provides full access to your workout history, detailed statistics, and progress insights.
    4. Pro: includes everything in Premium and uses more advanced AI models to interpret workout updates, create personalized plans, and generate coaching notifications and suggested messages.

Your saved workout data remains safe if your subscription ends; Premium features resume when your plan becomes active again.

  • Yes. Send a voice message or type a natural-language update to your AI coach.

    1. Voice: record a message during your workout, and the AI coach will transcribe and process it.
    2. Text: describe one exercise or several sets in a single message.
    3. Include details such as the exercise, sets, repetitions, weight, duration, distance, speed, calories, and workout date when relevant.
    4. You can also ask the coach to update or delete previously logged exercise sets.

Review the coach’s confirmation and provide any missing details if it asks a follow-up question.

  • Smart Workout Diary supports strength, cardio, mobility, and bodyweight training, with the relevant metrics available for each exercise.

    1. The catalog includes strength training, stretching, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics, and yoga.
    2. Depending on the exercise, you can record repetitions, weight, duration, distance, speed, and calories burned.
    3. A set can combine the relevant metrics—for example, repetitions and weight for a strength exercise or duration, distance, and speed for cardio.
    4. Weight can be displayed in kilograms or pounds, distance in kilometers or miles, and speed in kilometers per hour or miles per hour.
    5. Tell the AI coach the exercise and available values by voice or text; it will save the metrics supported by that exercise.

You do not need to enter every metric—include only the values that describe the completed set.

  • Smart Workout Diary uses your saved training context to make the AI coach’s responses and plans relevant to you.

    1. It interprets voice and text messages and turns details such as exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, duration, distance, speed, and calories into structured workout records.
    2. When responding or creating a plan, the AI coach can use your profile, current plan, completed workouts, and recent conversation.
    3. This helps it compare completed work with the plan, recognize progress, and tailor recommendations and future sessions to your goals and activity.
    4. You can update or delete individual exercise sets, delete messages, or permanently delete your account in the mobile app.

Keep your profile and workout records up to date to receive more relevant guidance.

  • The AI coach combines your profile, current plan, completed workouts, and recent conversation to create or update a plan.

    1. It considers your fitness goal, experience level, preferred workouts per week, workout location, and any body information you choose to provide.
    2. It uses your existing plan and completed sets to preserve useful parts and adapt upcoming sessions.
    3. Exercises are selected from the Smart Workout Diary exercise catalog rather than invented.
    4. The result is a complete 1–7 day training cycle with exercises, sets, intensity, repetitions, weight, duration, distance, or speed where appropriate.
    5. You can ask the coach to change the schedule, equipment, exercises, workload, focus, or plan around time limits, recovery, fatigue, or an injury.

For a more relevant plan, keep your profile up to date and tell the coach about your available equipment, preferences, and constraints.
