Instructions

  1. Choose a clear, stable space and wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely.
  2. Begin in a comfortable standing, seated, or lying position; lengthen your spine and breathe slowly through the nose.
  3. Move through poses with control, using steady breathing and only a comfortable range of motion.
  4. Hold each position without forcing it; keep the joints aligned, release unnecessary tension, and modify or rest when needed.
  5. Finish gradually with a comfortable resting position and calm, unhurried breathing.

Technique tips

  1. Let your breath guide the pace: avoid holding it during poses.
  2. Prioritize comfort over depth: stretching should not be sharp or painful.
  3. Use controlled transitions and stop or rest if you feel dizzy, unstable, or unwell.
